stress relief

So, I had to take an Advanced Calculus class to fulfill a prerequisite for my graduate program. I found an online class back in September and slacked off for a bit due to student teaching, but ended up finishing the assignments this week and submitting them. In order for me to transfer this course into my graduate program, I need a letter from the professor stating that my work was at a C or better level. I don't expect them to give me the letter grade, as I know that is not their policy. (They issue certificates of completion - not letter grades.) Anyway, I get an email from the professor this morning that they are going to send me the 'cert. of completion', to which I respond with my request for them to send me a letter stating that the work I completed was worth whatever the letter grade was that I achieved. To make a long story short, the professor is now telling me that they don't do that! So now, I am completely stressed and full of anxiety about this as it is the last class that I need to transfer into my program to get my master's degree. On top of all of this, I have my first teaching job secured and without this letter, I don't know what will happen. This is making my already anxious self, even more anxious. (Perhaps forgery will have to be my next step if I get nowhere with this professor, though I am hoping they will have mercy on me!)

So, to help think about other things, I've been online shopping. Yes, I know, huge surprise. I'm looking for a case for my Palm and cut out an ad from an old InStyle magazine for these cute lil gals: I'm torn between Polka Lane or Ella. Lord knows I shouldn't even bother looking as all my future paychecks are spent on paying off the 'megabills'.

Perhaps I'll just consider this window shopping - which print do you like best?
Maybe that will help me make up my mind.

I like Ella the best, although they are both very, very cute. My Palm is just in the case it came with, maybe I need a case, TOO!!!

I'm partial to Ella too - I think she will be joining my bag contents shortly.... :)

You should definitely treat yourself to one as well! Every girl needs fashionable gadgets and accessories :)
